Trucks like this don't come around too often. This 1998 GMC Sierra 1500 looks and drives very well for its age. With no notable restoration, someone has taken very good care of this truck. The Light Autumnwood and Copper paint is believed to be original and presents very well. The chrome bumpers still shine, and the original wheels are clean and in good shape. There is a trailer hitch on the bumper for light towing and a trailer hitch assembly underneath for heavier-duty towing. A bed liner protects the truck bed, and polished diamond tread-bright railing covers are installed on top of the quarter panels and tailgate.

Like the outside, the inside is mostly stock and super clean for its age. The door panels look good, the carpets and seats are clean, the dashboard has no cracks, and the headliner is in great condition. A clean stock steering wheel with no issues connects to the steering column, which leads to a set of bright, clear gauges. Off to the right is a stock AM/FM radio with a cassette player; below that is the climate control cluster, and below that is a stock single-disc CD player. The rest of the interior is as original as they come-very nice.

Like the interior, the drivetrain is believed to be original. The engine bay hosts a 5.7-liter V8 connected to a 4L60E 4-speed automatic transmission that links to an 8.5-inch 10-bolt rear axle. The front suspension is a stock independent setup with torsion bars, and the rear is stock with leaf springs. Fifteen-inch stock wheels are wrapped in 235/75R15 tires, and behind those are front power disc brakes and rear power drum brakes. The exhaust is a stock-style dual exhaust that runs into a stock muffler and exits as a single exhaust.
