You'll find a nice, clean black vinyl interior waiting inside the doors. It has been left almost entirely in stock configuration, with the minor exception of an added thermometer to monitor outside temperatures. You'll find no serious blemishes or wrinkling on the bench seat which, due to this El Camino's broad track, offers a lot of room. The factory gauges in front of the stock steering wheel are in good working order and easily readable through clear lenses. You'll find a retro-style AM/FM stereo with Bluetooth connectivity at the center of the dash, providing you with plenty of audio options while on the road. Although the factory air conditioning on this classic isn't blowing cold right now, the blower motor seems to work fine, and all components are in place, so this should be a fairly easy fix.

This El Camino is one of those fortunate classics that offers a driving experience on a par with its curb appeal. The period-correct 350-cubic-inch V8 standing by in the engine compartment is running great. It fires up quickly, idles as smoothly as you could want, and accelerates nicely. Fed by a 4-barrel Edelbrock carburetor, it pairs with a 3-speed automatic 3-speed TH350 transmission, which shifts with no issues at all. The power steering on this vintage Chevy is surprisingly precise, with very little play in the wheel, and makes navigation easy while still retaining a satisfying level of responsiveness. The 4-wheel power brakes that position discs up front provide all the fade-resistant stopping ability you'll need during frequent driving. Air shocks have been added in back to improve both ride quality and adjustability, while enhancing the ability to handle heavy loads.
