This 1987 Ford Bronco II XLT is a sharp looking, compact SUV. This Bronco II offers a vital looking driving environment, with front buckets and rear bench seat that wear blemish free blue cloth covers with accents that have yet to develop any discoloration and are bracketed by door panels to either side that are also in top form. Below, the matching blue carpet lining the floor is in great shape. Beyond the original steering wheel still in place on the column, the dash area still retains its factory look and is very clean, with a burlwood accented panel surrounding an assortment of clear gauges and an AM/FM/Cassette stereo sitting at its center to cater to your audio needs. All the original air conditioning components remain in place, so a simple Freon charge will be all that's needed to get the feature back up and running. The Bronco II offers quite a bit of storage space in back, especially with the rear seat folded down, and there's a cargo cover in place to conceal whatever you choose to store there.

This compact SUV is very much ready for action - both on the asphalt, as well more rugged terrain - as soon as you get it home. Inside a nicely maintained compartment, the fuel injected 2.9 liter V6 engine fires up quickly and runs smoothly, combining with a 5-speed manual transmission that's shifting securely for a strong overall driving experience. When the urge to veer onto paths less travelled strikes, the Bronco II's 4-wheel drive feature is in good form and is easily engaged via the lever sitting alongside the manual shifter on the transmission tunnel inside the cabin. Smooth power steering provides easy navigation, while 4-wheel power brakes - with discs up front - provide dependable stops in all situations as this vintage Ford conquers the land before it on a set of sharp 15" white steel wheels with lockers up front.
