This 1969 Chevy C10 pickup looks like it's ready to go anywhere and tackle anything, but it's so pretty and beautifully finished that you may actually have second thoughts about taking it out in the mud. Oh, who am I kidding? This truck was BUILT to play in the dirt!
Ultra-clean C10 pickups are none too easy to find these days, but finding one that has been as well-built as this one, enhancing both performance and reliability is tougher yet. Finished in luscious bright red and brilliant white, this is a massive machine that will never be able to slip under the radar and will always be the center of attention anywhere it goes. There's no reason to modify the bodywork, either, since these are some of the best-looking commercial vehicles to ever come out of the GM styling studios. Square-jawed and muscular, it's like Superman rendered in sheetmetal. There's no sign of cut corners anywhere on the truck-and I mean ANYWHERE-and the paint is exemplary. With a decent gloss and good panel alignment, it's obvious that someone invested a lot of time in making it look right. The chrome and stainless is equally nice, keeping with the stock look and letting the big tires and tall suspension do all the ... Please ask for the full description.

The chrome and stainless is equally nice, keeping with the stock look and letting the big tires and tall suspension do all the talking.
The interior is an upgraded stock driver's environment, which is in excellent condition. The original bench remains in place, now wrapped in black and white houndstooth cloth that looks elegant and ties it in with an OEM look. There are black carpets on the floor that help it feel luxurious inside, even when you're playing in the dirt, and the industrial-looking shifters for the 4-speed manual transmission and transfer case look right at home. A factory in-dash tach and auxiliary gauges keep an eye on the mechanicals, which is critical when you're as far out in the middle of nowhere as this truck can carry you, and everything works as it should. A billet wheel, Pioneer AM/FM/CD stereo system, and Vintage Air A/C all mean that this truck is still civilized enough to drive every day.
The entire chassis was taken from a 4x4 K10 model, and a sturdy 350 cubic inch V8 was built expressly to power it. The engine features all the upgrades you'd expect from a powerplant built to play hard, including a big Edelbrock 4-barrel carburetor and intake manifold, while long-tube headers dump into a beautifully crafted dual exhaust system with turn-downs just behind the rear axle. The engine has been painted bright Chevy Orange and wears a smattering of chrome dress-up, including the valve covers and air cleaner. Power steering and brakes make it a pleasure to wheel around despite its size, and are critical for off-road work with big tires. The suspension has a major lift, giving it a towering presence on- and off-road, but a surprisingly compliant ride. Heavy-duty axles fore and aft are rugged enough for off-road work, and wear flashy chrome wheels with giant 33x12.50-15 off-road radials.
This is an extremely handsome truck with go-anywhere abilities that's ready to get dirty. Call today!
