Take some time to look over this one. After all, with a value price like this, you might just think that you were getting a 1966 Chevrolet Nova that was turned into an awesome custom Nomad. But as you dig deeper, you'll find features like a custom interior and a screaming Camaro V8 under the hood. So look over all the details that makes this custom build far more valuable than its obtainable asking price.

Chevrolet never built a Nova Nomad, but the way this one looks, you swear they did. After all, the custom work is a pure professional-quality build. They started with a wagon body, which with its angular style is arguably offered the best-looking wagon of the 60s. And now the sheetmetal looks seamless and the custom side panel looks like it's the perfect place to hang the logo of your fictitious surf board company. And the reason why this one reminds you of a sunny day at the beach is because the burgundy paint has a nice metallic element when it was applied only a few years ago. So this one will radiate the sunlight every time you take it out for a cruise.

When you open the door, the custom theme continues. The black diamond pattern on the bucket seats, door panels, and all throughout the cargo bay is part of a package custom created by Roger Ward – a respected Chevy customizer. Plus, the exterior burgundy returns as an accent color on the doors, dash, and dual-spoke steering wheel. This one has all the right upgrades, including an auxiliary gauge four-pack, later-model GM AM/FM/cassette stereo, and a large tach mounted on top of the dash. That last one combines with the Hurst shifter to make for a heart-stopping driving experience.

A custom build like this deserves a powerful heart, and the engine bay doesn't disappoint. The shine from the valve covers, alternator, and much more combines with the bold red braided steel lines and plug wires to create a great standout package. But more than just style, this custom Nova has some real substance. You're looking at a '68 Camaro motor that was rebuilt about 500 miles ago with a Holley four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock Victor Jr. intake, MSD ignition, and solid lifters. Plus, the headers add even more power as they also contribute to the rumbling Flowmaster dual exhaust. Best of all, you have complete control over this enchased V8 and its growling soundtrack thanks to the Muncie four-speed manual transmission. Add in front disc brakes, a thick sway bar up front, traction bars in the rear, and BF Goodrich tires on iconic Rally wheels, and you're got a custom Nova not only looks good, but also has plenty of moves for the streets.

Complete with owner's manual and magazine write ups this custom has received over the years, you're looking at an impressive total package for quite a nice price. So you know you need to hurry if you want to take it home. Call now!
