6 INCH RUFF COUNTRY LIFT, KEVLAR PAINT, 350 V8, AUTO, A/C, NEW INTERIOR, 4X4!

Looking like something akin to a paramilitary vehicle built for suburban warfare, this awesome 1984 Chevrolet K5 Blazer 4x4 Silverado is the ideal choice for just about any adventure. With 350 V8 power, tough matte Kevlar bodywork, and plenty of creature comforts, it's going to get attention everywhere it goes.

The bodywork was expertly finished very recently with a spray-on Kevlar paint, with Sand Beige on the body and black on the top and bumpers. It's insanely durable, so you can hit the trails with the confidence of knowing that this baby won't scratch. The mirrors, oversized fender flares, rear trim, door handles and other formerly shiny stuff has been dipped in black to give this Blazer one heck of an attitude while providing great contrast to the light tan body. Industrial-strength bumpers were coated in Kevlar fore and aft (yes, they're black, too), with the front bumper housing a brush guard, LED driving lights, and a shiny tow chain, while out back the taillights were smoked for a super-cool look. The bright red tow rings up front and fat fender flares mean it's serious about going into the brush and step plates on each side make it easy to climb up into the tall 4x4. Custom ...

Custom headlights and a shock of red through the Silverado grille add to the ready-for-anything look yet there's no real evidence that this truck has done anything more strenuous than go to the grocery store since it was finished. It's seriously clean!

With new components almost everywhere you look, the black interior of this Blazer shows quite well. Freshly upholstered high-back buckets are a good place to spend some time and there's a full-sized back seat for some friends (or co-conspirators, depending on what you're doing with this truck). The factory gauges, steering wheel, and center console mean it's easy to get comfortable behind the wheel and the factory A/C has been upgraded with modern hardware. The entire tub was finished with spray-on Kevlar liner before the interior was installed, so it feels solid and quiet inside; a good idea with the beefy tires below. The bottom portion of the dash was Kevlar sprayed as well, and the retro-style AM/FM/AUX stereo provides the entertainment. Options include power windows and locks, a tilt wheel, and cruise control, the rear cargo area is Kevlar-lined and has plenty of space, and the hard-top above is easily removable with the help of a burly friend or two.

GM's rugged, reliable, and torquey 350 V8 is a great choice in the Blazer, getting the big truck moving without a lot of effort and never getting tired when slogging through the rough stuff. Given its durability, it shouldn't be a surprise that it's running great, a clear indication that it's been recently refreshed the correct way. Topped with a 4-barrel carb and augmented with long-tube headers, it breathes easy and sounds great. The heavy-duty TH400 3-speed automatic transmission and two-speed transfer case feed heavy-duty axles that were recently rebuilt by Mike's Off-Road, and the former owner also added a Flowmaster dual exhaust so it has an intimidating voice. There's new shocks and suspension components to go along with the 6-inch Rough Country lift, and you'll note that the undercarriage is very solid. Heavy-duty alloy wheels are brand new and look butch and carry giant 35x12.5x15 off-road tires that will climb over boulders the size of beach balls without a scratch.

This is one bad Blazer that should satisfy anyone's urge to have an adventure. Heck, just driving it to work should make you feel like Rambo, and if you're a serious off-roader, you'll appreciate its upgraded capabilities. Call today!
