VERY SHARP CLASSIC CHEVY 4X4! 350 V8, AUTO, A/C, PS/B W/ FRONT DISC, CLEAN TRUCK

With its super sharp two-tone exterior looking awesome and its long bed in back combining with excellent ground clearance, this 1971 Chevrolet K-10 Cheyenne 4x4 is a sturdy classic workhorse. It's been more than a half-century since it first hit the pavement and yet you can still easily picture it transporting heavy loads over rugged terrain without even breaking a sweat.

GM's “Action Line” pickups are arguably the most popular line of trucks in the vintage hobby, and if you've been paying attention, we sell a lot of these beauties. Noticeably more modern than the previous generation, they bear a much stronger resemblance to today's modern trucks than to their counterparts of even a couple of years before and yet their vintage charm is undeniable. Decked out in factory correct Bronze Metallic paint that's capped by the white finish on top of the cab, it's a great looking classic truck. The paint is very solid - it was likely applied only a little while back - and the exterior fittings that come with the Cheyenne package, including a particularly sharp front grille, the black-and-chrome trim down the body and on the tailgate, the badges, the side mirrors, and the front and rear bumpers, are ...

GM's "Action Line" pickups are arguably the most popular line of trucks in the vintage hobby, and if you've been paying attention, we sell a lot of these beauties. The paint is very solid - it was likely applied only a little while back - and the exterior fittings that come with the Cheyenne package, including a particularly sharp front grille, the black-and-chrome trim down the body and on the tailgate, the badges, the side mirrors, and the front and rear bumpers, are all in solid shape as well. It's no trailer queen, but this driver-quality long-bed really looks nice both on the trail and on the road, and if you want to turn heads, this is the truck in which to do it. With the substantial height of this K-10, the wheel clearance is substantial, which not only adds to this Chevy's rugged style but also affords it some serious ability to navigate obstacles. Out back, the 8-foot bed is protected by a black spray-in bedliner, and the tonneau cover provides good protection and looks very nice as well.

The interior was restored some time in the past and still retains a nice factory appearance, with a comfortable bench seat at its center sporting a Saddle vinyl cover that blends perfectly with the rest of the truck. Because this a Cheyenne, you'll find some woodgrain accented and 'Western Scroll' on the soft parts, and that scroll is continued onto the door panels, while the tan carpet below is plush and protected by heavy-duty mats, and up above the headliner is taut and helps to refine the vintage yet comfortable interior. The factory tilt steering column wears a factory Chevrolet steering wheel, and it looks right, and the dash is full of original gauges with crisp markings and clear lenses. Other goodies include a factory A/C system with modern R134a refrigerant working under the hood and the original AM radio is still inside the dash, although it's time for an upgrade because it unfortunately no longer works. But other than that there's not much to complaint about. Get in and turn the key, the K10 is ready to rock!

There's plenty of power on hand to drive this K-10's off-road escapades, but it's set up to handle regular duty on the street as well. The 350 cubic inch V8 underneath the hood has been armed with a Quadrajet 4-barrel Edelbrock carb, Weiand intake, and Edelbrock aluminum heads that make it drive and sound great, while it also has a nice, mild lope that suggests there's maybe a slight cam inside. Stock-style exhaust manifolds lead out to a Flowmaster dual exhaust that sounds great, and a newer ignition system has also been added to maximize available spark. The engine pairs with an automatic TH350 transmission that shifts very solidly and the surefootedness of four-wheel drive sits within easy reach of the driver. Power steering makes this classic truck easy to navigate, while power brakes that position discs up front bring its set of 15" Rallye wheels outfitted with sizable 31" General Grabber All Terrain tires to quick, dependable stops. Below, the undercarriage appears very solid as well, which shows off how well-kept this truck has always been.

Looking sharp and ready for action, this 1971 Chevrolet K-10 Cheyenne 4x4 would be the perfect score for the off-road enthusiast wanting to inject some vintage mojo into the mix. Call today!
