AWESOME BUILD BY HENDRICKS MOTORSPORTS! 350 V8, 5 SPD, A/C, PS/B W/ FR DISC, WOW

Wow, what a killer-looking classic pickup! Its vintage form combined with subtle yet striking customization to turn heads, while rumbling, fuel-injected small block power stands by to propel this 1972 Chevrolet C10 Restomod with gusto. This frame off restoration was as extensive as they come - a one-off creation by the expert pros at Hendricks Performance - and was completed only a 1,861 miles ago, so this outstanding truck is ready to provide plenty of future chapters of asphalt memories for its next lucky owner.

If you're looking for an example of vintage restoration done right, here it is. The quality on display is undeniable, starting with the killer Hot Rod Black plaint on the body, and shiny red paint cloaked over the roof - we're talking show quality here. Step up a little closer and you'll notice this C10's precise exterior alignment - the gaps surrounding its cowl hood and doors look very precise and, from front to back, all body panels align really well. The lowered stance offers a touch more aftermarket cachet yet still leaves enough wheel clearance for those oversized rims to avoid any issues during everyday driving conditions. The glass surrounding the cab has a subtle tint to it, with front and rear windshields that are protected by all new rubber seals. That eye-catching paint also serves as a very effective backdrop for the fresh chrome also on board -from the sweeping profile trim that's been enhanced with red pinstriping, to the bright bumpers both fore and aft, as well as that awesome grille in the 1968 front end, which was also accented with red inserts. And out back, the two-tone bed might be the nicest I've personally ever seen on a C-10. This truck wasn't just thrown together, it was carefully designed and beautifully executed. Trust us, the result is much more impressive in person.

Just as with the rest of the truck, no shortcuts were taken in bringing the interior to its current stellar state. The exterior color scheme is continued, with plush black and red ultraleather upholstery on the low-back, power bucket seats and matching custom door panels. Workmanship is extremely impressive and the cab looks virtually new, with no creases or discoloration on the seating surfaces and not a single imperfection on the thick-piled carpet. The blend of original and custom is expertly done, most notably on the dash, which a features a stock bezel filled with Omega gauges, and a glove box door signed by NASCAR greats Hendrick, Junior, Gordon, Johnson and Kahne. Other noteworthy details include upgraded A/C vents, a Budnik steering wheel on a tilt steering column, and a digital AM/FM/AUX stereo head unit in the original slot. The red carpets are in great shape too, showing off a correct texture that helps with the OEM look and feel, and the tall Keisler shifter in the floor is an easy reach for the driver. You also get a middle console, a padded dash, and a custom upholstered panel behind the seats where the gas tank used to be. Man, this C-10 is absolutely wicked.

There's a virtual Murderer's Row of top tier components lurking under the hood. Power comes via a stout 350 V8 that was built at the time of restoration, and with less than 2k miles on the build, it's got plenty of years left in it. A lopey cam, Holley Sniper fuel-injection system, and Edelbrock aluminum intake all take the powerplant's already abundant output to an even higher level, while the added HEI ignition and serpentine belt system maximize available spark. Engines sporting this kind of displacement often suffer from a begrudging lag that can diminish their impact, but this one revs very quickly. In order to keep operating temperatures in check, a sizable aluminum radiator with a pair of electric cooling fans has been added up front. Rounding out the ultra-potent drivetrain is a Borg Warner 5-speed manual transmission that teams with a 3.73 ratio rear end with limited slip - a terrific combo for both g-force producing off the line acceleration and nice, low revs on the highway. Stopping power and handling is top notch as well, with power front disc brakes, power steering, and a full Ridetech suspension with coilovers at all four corners. This vintage pickup has surprising agility as it holds court on a set of big American Racing wheels that match the paint scheme perfectly, all of which are wrapped with performance redline tires.

Looking great, running strong and impeccably equipped, this 1972 Chevrolet C10 Restomod is an absolute showstopper. Call today!
