The interior is a custom affair, featuring high-back racing-style buckets in period-correct fabric. A matching vinyl-wrapped center console houses a Hurst shifter, its white ball knob inviting your grip. Vintage Air controls keep things cool, while a full array of AutoMeter gauges - including fuel pressure, water temp, tachometer, speedo, oil pressure, and fuel level - keep you informed. Lurking beneath is a 452ci C5R aluminum block V8, a GM prototype that never saw public release. Dyno-tuned to 506hp and 525lb-ft of torque, it's mated to a Rockland Standard Gear T56 6-speed manual. A Currie 9" rear with 3.89 Posi and 31-spline axles puts power to the pavement. Long tube headers and MagnaFlow mufflers provide the soundtrack. An AGR power steering box, Vintage Air A/C, slotted front and cross-drilled rear discs with SSBC calipers ensure this restomod is as drivable as it is powerful.
