The numbers-matching V8, four-speed stick, desirable hardtop, and factory-correct distinct Monaco Orange make this 1969 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible quite a distinguished classic. And there's a road-ready style that makes it an awesome classic to enjoy.
Monaco Orange is a terrific factory color to have. It was the muscle car Hugger Orange but just called a sportier name the Stingrays often used. This was resprayed in later years, and today it carried the right look of a good shine but aged in nicely for a more vintage style. So while some people may choose to update this finish, we like a good driver-quality car like this because it never makes us nervous about enjoying it. And that's the theme you'll see throughout the car. It has the right mix of history, updates, and an overall road-ready feeling. And you'll appreciate the details like the complete brightwork with the form-fitting chrome front end, two-piece rear bumpers, window trim, and Rally wheels.
Since the interior also has a blackout appearance, it feels like you can't go wrong with any way you choose to motor, top up or top down. The whole style is very vintage where even the aftermarket AM/FM stereo looks period ... Please ask for the full description.

So while some people may choose to update this finish, we like a good driver-quality car like this because it never makes us nervous about enjoying it. Since the interior also has a blackout appearance, it feels like you can't go wrong with any way you choose to motor, top up or top down. The whole style is very vintage where even the aftermarket AM/FM stereo looks period correct. It makes for the right classic car feel. But what you'll like most is how this engages the driver. You have high-back bucket seats and a center console in between. And nothing beats the experience of grabbing the grippy three-spoke steering wheel and peering through at the large speedo and tach. Plus, that bright shifter is just calling out for your right hand.
Under the hood is the numbers-matching 350 cubic-inch V8 with a proper Quadrajet four-barrel carburetor on top. While it's great to have the original motor still in this car, you also get a nice hit of upgraded power thanks to the Edelbrock intake and HEI ignition. Best of all, you're in complete control of the power and its soundtrack thanks to the Muncie M20 four-speed manual transmission. These Stingrays are meant to be enjoyed on your favorite road, and that's why this comes with tight steering, four-wheel disc brakes, and a fully independent sports suspension.
We love this C3 drop-top because of its distinctive color and numbers-matching history. That means you have a great-driving classic for today and plenty of room to personalize and update to make it a reflection of you. Call today!!!
