502 BIG BLOCK, 5 SPEED MANUAL, P/B, 4 WHEEL DISC, 12 BOLT, COLD A/C, AWESOME!

This 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle Convertible was given a full restoration that really was a transformation. Today it's a drop-top performance restomod with an upgraded suspension, five-speed stick-shift, four-wheel disc brakes, and a performance-built 502ci V8 under the hood. And you get to enjoy it all from the comfort of the A/C interior.

This makes a nice first impression. The bold red paint is a more modern application and a great choice for a street machine. There are hints at the upgraded power with the SS-style hood, 15-inch polished American Racing Torq Thrust wheels, and wide Mickey Thompson rear tires for an aggressive stance. Plus, the '67 Chevelle was the right place to start when making a powerful classic. They had an aggressive front overhang and shapely creased lines that looked like they were out to own the road. Form-fitting bright chrome bumpers, good-looking trim, doors that shut with confidence, and a nice black folding top means this is an all-around solid cruiser. This was given a full body-off restoration in the 2000s but there is less than 8,500 miles on it since completion. So while this is a big power restomod, it also has really only lived a life of responsible ... Please ask for the full description.

Description

So while this is a big power restomod, it also has really only lived a life of responsible enjoyment and garage care.

The black roof has a timeless appeal against the red paint, and that same appeal happens when you take it down, too. This feels quite inviting from the right investments, including the headliner, carpeting, dash pad, and door panels. Even the bucket seats look crisp/clean, right down to the correct trim on the seatbacks. Plus, the exterior-matching red on the dash, door tops, and steering wheel give this a coordinated look inside and out of a thoughtful restoration. It's built to be a fun driver, and so you get an AM/FM radio for better driving music. And cold-blowing R134a air conditioning is always welcomed in a drop-top. This is built for performance, too, with a large AutoMeter tach and Sunpro auxiliary readouts under the dash. And have you counted the gears on the Hurst shifter yet?

We hinted at the big power earlier, and so do the racing flags on the front fenders. And the engine bay loves to put it on full display. The smooth inner walls funnel all your attention to the big 502 cubic-inch V8. While the monster displacement is usually plenty of displacement for most of us, this one also has plenty of power upgrades. It's built right with an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, a Chevy high rise intake, March serpentine belt setup, and Hooker headers feeding into the rumbling dual exhaust. The upgraded Tremec TKO500 five-speed manual transmission gives you full control over the big power package. This feeds a stout 12-bolt rear end on its way to those grippy sport tires. An upgraded rear suspension and a four-wheel power disc brake upgrade are terrific for all-around control.

The sale comes complete with the owner's manual, build receipts, maintenance records, and restoration photos. This is the Chevelle drop-top that provides slick distinction, extra comfort, and serious power. So don't miss this deal. Call today!!!
