This 1973 Ford Mustang Convertible Mach 1 Tribute has an awesome color combo, proper V8 power, and an interior filled with desirable driver-ready features. It all makes for the kind of classic that makes for a truly awesome cruiser.
A classic convertible looks terrific in red, but the maroon is a thoughtful way to do it even better. You have a nice metallic element that lets this sunshine-friendly convertible radiate in the sunlight. But the deeper tones of the maroon also coordinate nicely with the full black accents that love to highlight the sporty pieces. This includes the Mach 1 stripe package with the full-length hockey stick streak. There's also the Ram Air hood, wide chin spoiler, rear spoiler, and blackout rear panel. And the black wheels with red pony center caps are a thoughtful choice. It's such a comprehensive package that the black convertible top looks well-coordinated when it's in place. With everything almost in either maroon or black, it's easy to identify the brightwork that has been used sparingly in places like the rear bumper, wheel well trim, and dual exhaust tips.

The white interior has a distinct look that fits well on a distinct car like this. Plus, high traffic areas like the carpet, door grabs, and steering wheel are done in black. There are nice classic details, like working courtesy lights, insignia trim in the seatbacks, a convertible boot, and wood-like inserts on the doors and dash. Power windows are a rare feature to see on Mustangs from this era, but it's quite welcomed when paired with the power convertible top. There are integrated comfort upgrades, such as an AM/FM/CD stereo Bluetooth, speakers in the trunk, and provisions for R134a air conditioning (it likely needs a recharge to blow cold again.) And this is great for cruising with features like high-back front bucket seats, an armrest center console in-between, a tilt steering column, and full gages with a large speedo and tach.
Ford's 351 cubic-inch V8 is a mighty motor, and so we always love lifting the hood on one. It has a stock look, right down to the bold blue on the block and valve covers. Plus, there's a gasket to seal the hood to the Ram Air element. We've mentioned plenty about how this car is made for driving, and the way the V8 fires up lets you know it's ready to hit the road. And you have newer investments in the front joints, bushings, rear shocks, and dual exhaust for a solid driver's feel. The three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, and power brakes with discs up front complete a great cruising total package.
This is a thoughtfully done Mach 1 tribute that you know has all the right distinction. So don't let this convertible slip away, call today!
