EXC RESTO, NICELY BUILT 350 V8, AUTO, EXTREMELY CLEAN, FRNT PWR DISCS, MORE!!

For the lover of the ultimate sleeper car, look no further. This 1964 Chevrolet Chevy II has purposely been built to look like budget survivor and drive like a thoroughbred muscle car.

The trick to building an effective street machine is to keep it low-key. Ermine White is the perfect shade of everyday transport, and of course, also a color shared with the Corvette... and that's exactly how to view this coupe. It could be a wolf in sheep's clothing. The sheetmetal is quite straight, and if you're looking to suprise, the two-door sedan is the body style you want, with its extra rigidity and lighter weight. No modifications to the body were permitted, not even a cowl-induction hood, and they even resisted the urge to add the extra chrome of the upper-level Novas. Instead, this is the classic that you sit back at the car shows and watch as the real enthusiasts take notice of how secretly special this one really is. Possibly the only real exterior indication they will pick up on are the 15-inch rally wheels borrowed from an early Camaro.

The interior offers a few more hints at this Chevy's upgraded side. The blue vinyl bench seat is original equipment, and works well with the ... Please ask for the full description.

The blue vinyl bench seat is original equipment, and works well with the low-profile mission. It's part of a new interior package that includes the door panels, headliner, package tray, visors, seat covers, kick panels, and arm rests. Of course anyone looking that closely at this pristine interior will notice the big B&M shifter. From there, bow-tie fans will recognize the three-spoke Grant sport steering wheel. But what will really get them talking is the new gauge package that fits so well in the original slots, and yet stands out as the perfect custom piece. It includes large AutoMeter readouts for the speedometer and tachometer, as well as pods for the oil, water, and battery neatly incorporated in the radio slot.

Once you pop the hood, this Chevy II can no longer pretend it's anything but a nice custom upgraded build. Sure the V8 was an option in '64, but the 350 cubic-inch small-block didn't come along until later SS coupes. The crate motor in this one has less than 3,500 miles on it, and when it was built in 2009, there were plenty of performance goodies added. This includes a Weiand X-Celerator intake, Edelbrock Thunder AVS 650 CFM carburetor, Comp Cams high energy camshaft, Proform 14-inch electric fan, aluminum radiator, and Hooker Pro Competition long tube ceramic headers. This exits through a custom dual exhaust with performance H-pipe for that perfect muscle car sound that will keep people guessing if that rumble is really coming from the incognito coupe. The power is sent to a stout three-speed TH350 automatic transmission with a PRC cooler and TCI slotted pan. The power then gets to the ground via a 10-bolt rear end running a 3.23 ratio. This one is an all-around driver with a full custom suspension, including new disc brakes up front.

There's so much going on under the skin on this custom build that we don't have the room to list it all here. But give us a call, and we'll be happy to share all the details of the best coupe you never saw coming. Call today!!
