6.1L HEMI, OVERDRIVE, 4 WHL DISC, NEW SUSPENSION, CUSTOM PAINT, AMAZING BUILD!

The car that you always wished you had the time to build is now up for grabs. This 1972 Dodge Challenger is the restomod with classic sheet metal wrapped around a modern fuel-injected 6.1-liter Hemi V8. Plus, you get a custom A/C interior, four-wheel disc brakes, an overdrive transmission, an upgraded sports suspension, and more to create the coupe of your dreams.

Just looking down the bright, shiny flanks of this Challenger, you can see that the money was spent wisely. Panel fit and body gaps have that look that was better than factory, and a build that has less than 775 miles on it, there's a real freshness to the overall style. This one earns its mean attitude through a paint theme that will get your attention everywhere from the car shows to biker bars. The two-tone orange and black almost looks like it came from Harley-Davidson. But the silver strobe stripe separating the two is pure Mopar magic. And just in case they weren't already convinced this was an extra mean machine already, there's even more intimidation in the details. The deep chin spoiler looks like it was borrowed from a racecar; the custom hood scoop looks like it wants to inhale lesser cars; there's modern SRT ... Please ask for the full description.

The deep chin spoiler looks like it was borrowed from a racecar; the custom hood scoop looks like it wants to inhale lesser cars; there's modern SRT badging; and the LED headlights give this mean glowing eyes at night. You'll also love how the pieces were color-matched to the body, like the bumpers, sport mirrors, rear spoiler, and the wheels that also have an intimidating 18/20 inch front/rear stance.

The interior is serious about both performance and comfort. This feeling starts with the seats. Those front buckets look like they can hold you in the corners better than anything that came out of the 1960s, and that's because they are modern sports seats borrowed from a later-model challenger. They are finished in supple leather, and yours even power adjusts. The darkness is nicely broken up with orange trim on the seats and door panels, and there's also orange contrast stitching throughout - including on the cool suede dash. Even the under-dash lights are orange for a thoughtful touch. Items like the flat-bottom steering wheel, Dakota Digital gauges, and B&M ratchet-style floor shifter are great performance pieces. But this is overall a comfortable machine, too, with power windows, power locks, a push-button start, an alarm, cruise control, an overhead console, and cold-blowing air conditioning. And the radio is a cool Rockville AM/FM unit with Bluetooth, and it connects to a well-integrated subwoofer stereo system.

The engine bay has an award-worthy look, and at the center is something truly special. This coupe earns its modern SRT8 badges on the outside with a fuel-injected 6.1-liter Hemi V8 under the hood. This powerplant was rated in late-model Challengers at 425 hp and a monstrous 420 lb-ft of torque. So if you thought the original Challengers could smoke their tires before smoking everyone else on the streets, just wait until you try this one! More than just look awesome, it has the right supporting pieces - everything from an aluminum radiator w/dual electric fans to long tube headers that allows this to exhale with power and authority. But don't just listen to the amazing rumble; check it out in the undercarriage photos. There you'll also spot the fully upgraded suspension. Up front is a Gerst tubular suspension, the rear is a four-link, there are subframe connectors, Viking adjustable coilovers, rack & pinion & pinion power steering, a Wilwood master cylinder w/ hydra-boost, and four-wheel disc brakes. Plus, the four-speed automatic transmission was built to handle the Challenger's power. It can deliver easy overdrive comfort, or you can use the 4.10 rear end to enjoy quick take-offs.

The sale comes complete with the factory buildsheet so you can see how this Challenger was born, and compare how it is a modern muscle machine today. Many people dream about a classic like this, but only one will take it home. So if you want it to be you, hurry and call today!
