AWESOME RESTOMOD, '07 CHARGER HEMI, 5-SPEED MANUAL, 4-WHEEL DISCS, A/C, COOL!

The 1965 Plymouth Barracuda is part of the desirable first generation to launch the now-legendary model. But the slick paint and dual hood scoops tell you this one has more going for it than just history. It's a terrific restomod with an A/C interior, upgraded suspension, four-wheel disc brakes, and five-speed sick. And oh yeah, there's a modern fuel-injected Hemi V8 heart beating within this upgraded muscle machine!

This has a look that's both mean and premium. It comes from upgraded paint using what's said to be BMW's Tuxedo Black. It gives a nice sleekness to the body, and this design is really worth showing off. The Barracuda may have been direct competition to Ford's Mustang, but it was hard to argue about who has more style. After all, it showed off its fastback with a revolutionary piece of wraparound rear glass. Those bumpers shine brightly from a solid investment in chrome, and the trim has a good look, too. Plus, the straight panels show off the full-length body crease that starts at the crisp hood and sleekly shows off the whole profile - all the way to those artful taillights. And you'll also love this one for more than just getting the stock pieces right. The ... Please ask for the full description.

Description

The lightweight fiberglass hood has the Ramcharger dual scoops of some other great Mopar muscle machines. And not only does the classic racing stripe look good painted in red, but it also goes with the classic-style redline tires for a subtle but thoughtful touch of aggressive color.

The dark and attractive style continues inside. The upholstery, carpeting, dash, and headliner show that they made sure the fundamentals feel good here. You'll even appreciate the details, like the working dome light and fold-down rear seat. This one was built with the driver in mind, and that's why you have well-done upgrades like the Lecarra sports steering wheel, cup holder center console, push-button ignition, upgraded gauges w/large tach, and have you counted the gears on the shifter yet? And we especially love that this has cold-blowing air conditioning. That way you enjoy the exhaust note with all the windows rolled down on this pillarless hardtop, even in the summertime.

When the Barracuda evolved into a full muscle car in the later years, the Hemi versions became some of the most feared and valued coupes out there. This one celebrates that lineage in a very cool way. Under the hood is a fuel-injected 5.7-liter Hemi V8 borrowed from a 2007 Charger R/T. This modern motor was installed correctly, including upgrades like Bouchillon Engineering harness/computer programming, an American Powertrain crossmember, custom inner fenders, and a Griffin aluminum radiator w/electric fan. A Tremec T5 five-speed manual transmission is ideal for handling this stout power while giving you firm control. Plus, an upgraded front suspension, power steering, a limited-slip rear end, and Wilwood four-wheel disc brakes make this an all-around sharp-handling package.

The sale comes complete with restoration photos, build receipts, and a dyno sheet. This is a stunning Mopar built to enjoy the drive and steal attention when you arrive. Don't miss this awesome restomod. Call today!!!
