The 1967 Volkswagen Beetle is already highly sought-after thanks to some unique features only for this year. So to find one with sleek paint and some well-placed upgrades means this is one for the true Bug enthusiasts.
We all love the iconic streamlined Beetle shape, but you can instantly tell this one was given extra attitude during restoration. The paint was upgraded to a deep red/maroon that gives you a sleek shine that radiates and draws added attention. And that's what you want on a '67. These had special single-year features. Up front it was the updated headlights that still had the front vents, and in the rear the decklid was special for this one year only. The chrome bumpers shine brightly (especially with the overrides this year) and the classic luggage rack adds to the brightwork. But it's those Fuchs-like 15-inch wheels that really grab your attention with their polish.
While the Beetle is known for being simple to fix and maintain, it's also a treat to see that someone made a quality investment in restoring the interior. The seats, door panels, dash, and carpeting make this an inviting atmosphere. You have the right 1967-specific elements, like the rubberized dash ... Please ask for the full description.

The 1967 Volkswagen Beetle is already highly sought-after thanks to some unique features only for this year. So to find one with sleek paint and some well-placed upgrades means this is one for the true Bug enthusiasts.

You have the right 1967-specific elements, like the rubberized dash knobs and the knob-less ash tray. There are plenty of upgrades, but they have also been done with care. Some are subtle, like the tach hidden in the glovebox. Others are easier to spot, like the AM/FM/CD stereo with upgraded speakers and modern Bluetooth.
This was also the year that the motor was upgraded to a 1500cc unit, and so it's great to have an era-correct powerplant still under the rear hatch. It has a clean and tidy presentation of good care, and they way this one fires up and runs reaffirms its well-maintained nature. The four-speed manual transmission puts you in the center of the action for this mighty little powerhouse. And this one feels particularly nice going down the road thanks to upgrades like wide modern tires and front disc brakes.
This is a single-year Beetle that also has been done to look bolder, feel more comfortable, and drive better. So you know it makes for the ultimate classic VW. Call today!!!
