389CI V8 MOTOR, FOUR-SPEED MANUAL, GREAT COLOR COMBO, GTO BADGING, FACTORY A/C!

Distinction, comfort, and all-out speed. That's what you get with this 1964 Pontiac convertible that has been expertly restored to be a faithful GTO tribute. And with the Tri-Power V8, four-speed stick-shift, A/C interior, and slick silver exterior, you get the best of it all in one turn-key classic.

You already know that a factory-built first-year GTO convertible is so rare that it rivals some mortgages. And rather than pay a high price for a mid-grade car, take a moment to appreciate where the real investment went into this faithful tribute. As you look over every inch of this convertible, you're going to be hard-pressed to find anything that doesn't look correct for the GTO (and you don't even have to pay us extra to keep your secret.) Plus, people will be too busy marveling at the paint to talk about anything else. The upgrade to silver is part of a full frame-off restoration that happened around the early 2000s, and the quality of it today tells you they paid for the best. This glossy paint serves as a template to show you just how straight this body really is. The glow of this silver also complements the shine of the brightwork. The chrome looks radiant on the Wide-Track ... Please ask for the full description.

Description

The chrome looks radiant on the Wide-Track front end, hood vents, all the correct badging, rear bumper, and the rear trim strip that gives the taillights a nice presence (and that's what most people saw of these anyway!) Plus, the black pinstripe is cleared in with the paint, so it looks particularly nice as it coordinates with the black convertible top.

If you like the way the black roof looks against the silver, then with the flip of a switch, you'll really love to power it down and reveal the full black interior. It has a fresh and clean look everywhere from the dash to the upholstery that tells you there was a solid investment here. It loves being a true vintage machine, and so you've got great details, like the working courtesy lights, classic vacuum gauge, and the Delco AM radio that's there for display. This loves being a driver's convertible thanks to front bucket seats, a center console in-between, a floor shifter, upgraded sports steering wheel, and sporty round gauges in a machine-turned panel. Plus, cold-blowing air conditioning means getting to stay cool while looking cool in this droptop.

Pontiac's 389 cubic-inch V8 in the engine bay is what started the muscle car revolution. That's why we like to see it properly dressed in the Pontiac light blue block and shiny valve covers. But that's not what really caught your attention. Instead, you and everyone else will be marveling at the optional triple-deuce carburetor setup that's currently on this coupe. It's a V8 that fires up eagerly, and the Flowmaster dual exhaust gives a growl that'll make people think there's a tiger under the hood. The motor is mated to a four-speed manual for the best in all-around performance. Out on the road, this one has power steering, power brake, and front discs for all-around good driving.

You're looking at a speedy drop-top Pontiac with all the right features, including cold A/C. That's the kind of full package that appeals to everyone, so you might want to hurry to get at the front of the line for this one. Call today!!!
