This 1967 Pontiac LeMans convertible radiates cool from its red paint, right down to the big V8... and you might even have a few people whisper GTO as you pass by. And it turns out, this one is nearly just as rare.
Stacked headlights, the pointed hood, and that batwing rear end make this LeMans look like a much more expensive car. In fact, it's no surprise this one continues to have a premium image because it's so clean and complete. The red paint has the good gloss of a quality investment later in life; the chrome bumpers hug the body nicely; and the Rally II wheels give this some muscle car attitude. Plus, the black pinstripe not only showcases the iconic curves in the profile, but it also matches the black convertible top. If you're a real fan of rarity, then when people ask you to tell them about your amazing-looking convertible, you should also mention that Pontiac only made 9,820 examples. That's only about 300 more than GTO convertibles that were built in '67. And since you already know how rare those cars are half a century later, and this much more affordable one is nearly as exceptional.

Description
Under the power folding black roof is an attractive black interior. It certainly has a very vintage style look, but there are also good cruising upgrades, like the AM/FM digital tuner w/cassette. And this one was really made to drive. That's why you have front bucket seats with a center console in-between. There's a Hurst shifter, full gauges w/tach, upgraded engine temp readout, and a grippy three-spoke steering wheel. So you just know this is a classic that's made to hit the road.
Under the hood is an era-correct 400cubic-inch V8. This is important because 1967 was the year Pontiac's small journal V8 got its largest displacement ever. It seems right on this executive-level LeMans. Of course, there's also room left in your budget if you want to upgrade this big V8 with performance parts to make a GTO rival. But what we really like is that this is already a strong-runner with thoughtful details, like the upgraded BeCool aluminum radiator. The three-speed manual transmission gives you firm control over the whole package. Plus, power steering, power brakes, and wide Cooper Cobra tires keep this luxury LeMans an easy cruiser.
Style, rarity, and driver-ready fun all come together on a terrific drop-top Pontiac. Don't miss out, call today!!!
