239CI FLATEHEAD V8, AUTO TRANS, CODE "A" RAVEN BLACK, 12-VOLT CONVERTED!

This 1953 Ford Customline sedan has a pure classic look inside and out. But as you look closer, you'll also pick up on upgrades details that make this very vintage Ford a true cruiser for modern times.

There's an instant charm to this sedan. It was born a Raven Black car, and these 1950s machines always look good in dark colors. After, it really lets the brightwork look distinctive. And these Fords had some great pieces. The front bumper and grille line both wraparound the front. The trim runs the full profile, but there's a split-level in-between the doors for added distinction. And the jet-like hood ornament really goes with the afterburner-style taillights. Nothing on this car is too fancy, and so the finish could almost pass for a survivor-like style. That's part of the vintage charm. Especially when nearly 70 years later, and this sedan still has an impressive level of panel fit, right down to the doors that close with confidence.

The first impression of the interior is that it's just a cool classic look, but there are also some well-placed upgrades. For example, the seats have a vintage style, but the fabric is an upgrade in comfort and freshness. There are also handy ... Please ask for the full description.

There are also handy details like seatbelts and up holders. In fact, the most noticeable upgrade is the wild paint and pinstriping on the dash. It gives this a cool touch of hot rod flair, and that goes with the handy added tach in the center. But some of the most impressive pieces are pure vintage. Take note of the large steering wheel with Ford family crest at the center. 1953 was the 50th anniversary, and this still has its special horn cap.

Ford's flathead V8 is a legend all on its own, and the 239 cubic-inch displacement would be the largest installed in the Ford cars. In fact, this is a moment of pride for Ford owners, because this would be the final year for these legendary V8s. This one want to make sure you can enjoy this legacy out on the road. So while the motor has a very classic and honest presentation, it's also been given some great supporting components. It now runs on a 12-volt system, and that has allowed for upgrades like an alternator, electronic ignition, and Ron Francis wiring harness. And the large aluminum radiator helps to keep the whole package running cool. Plus, the three-speed automatic transmission also helps keep this strong runner and easy cruiser.

There is a ton of history in this vintage package. And since it's also built to really drive, you know it's a great classic. Call today!!!
