6.0L LS2 V8, 4L65E TRANS, A/C INTERIOR, UPGRADED FRONT/REAR SUSPENSION, CLEAN!

There's a very good reason why this 1954 Chevrolet 3100 5 Window pickup looks so mean. Underneath the classic sheetmetal is a fuel-injected GTO motor, upgraded suspension, and four-wheel disc brakes. And because this is a true fully-built restomod, you get to enjoy this performance pickup from the comfort of a custom A/C interior.

We know why this truck grabbed your attention, and it's the same reason why it will grab everyone else's, too. That matte black paint sets the tone for a mean machine. It's not just on the well-done sheetmetal, but also the bumpers, bezels, and grille for the full monochromatic effect. This one never loses that vintage touch, and you see it everywhere from the badging to the glossy real lumber from the bed masters at Brothers. While the bright trim in the bed also looks great, the largest pieces of brightwork are those custom ordered Foose wheels. Not only do they have an aggressive 18/20 inch front/rear stagger, but also we know you instantly see just how wide the rear ones are to make sure maximum rubber meets the road. And there are plenty more speedy details, like the sport mirrors, sleek taillights on the rear pan, and the racecar-like center exit ... Please ask for the full description.

Description

And there are plenty more speedy details, like the sport mirrors, sleek taillights on the rear pan, and the racecar-like center exit dual exhaust. So while we love the classic Chevy truck look, this one also is not hiding the fact that it is far more than just something vintage.

The blackout exterior is mean-looking, but the all-black interior is quite inviting. After all, a glossy wood similar to the truck bed returns inside on the floor and center console to warm up the atmosphere nicely. And you really get to see it quite well thanks to the extra light let in by the ultra-desirable five-window cab. You're upgraded to dual bucket seats, and in the center is a custom armrest console that also houses power window switches, cup holders, and upgraded speakers for the AM/FM/CD stereo w/Bluetooth. This even has cold blowing R-134A air conditioning to make sure it has all the best in comfort. But this is also built for a true performance feeling. That's why the Grant GT sports steering wheel is on a tilt column, and that gives you a clear view to the Dakota Digital VHX gauge package with large speedo and tach.

The engine bay shows why this truck can have such a mean look on the outside. This is powered by a fuel-injected 6.0-liter LS2 V8 that was borrowed from 2006 GTO (the C6 Corvette shared this same motor, too.) This was rated at a mean 400 horsepower right from the factory. And while this is a huge upgrade, it looks like it belonged here since day one. They gave it a professional installation with a Painless wiring system, Superior aluminum radiator, Powermaster Alternator, and an upgraded serpentine pulley system. It fires up readily like a modern FI machine should, and the Patriot block-hugger headers add power and growl to the dual exhaust with Dynomax mufflers. The 4L65E four-speed automatic transmission was built to handle this V8's power while still delivering overdrive comfort. It feeds the strong the Currie 9-inch limited-slip rear end with 31-spline axles. As you're looking at all this in the undercarriage photos, don't forget to spot all the other big $$$$$ investments, like the strong custom frame, independent front suspension with tubular A-arms, and four-link rear with adjustable coilovers. And with the power steering, urethane bushings, and SSBC four-wheel power disc brakes kit, this fully upgraded pickup has a confident feeling on the road.

Complete with plenty of build receipts, this is the custom truck that gives you an aggressive look, awesome power, and all the right features for true enjoyment. Don't let the ultimate intimidator slip away, call today!
