The numbers-matching TH400 three-speed transmission is a stout unit that can handle this car's muscle while also providing easy automatic shifting. It feeds the strong 12-bolt rear end. As you look over the whole car, you'll spot more of the correct SS features, like the boxed trailing arms and rear sway bar.
