This 1976 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme is a two-owner classic coupe with a ton of originality. It's a large V8 cruiser that you'll love for everything from the intricate style to the loaded A/C interior.

Oldsmobile always seemed to know how to deliver style. The front end makes a well-defined statement with a pointed middle and waterfall grilles that have the sharp drop-off of Niagara Falls. The rear has more of the crisply-defined look, and its nicely detailed, right down to the badging within the taillights. The brown vinyl top and matching pinstriping give you that cool 1970s-style premium. The cream paint is not only factory-correct, but it also shows all signs of being the original factory application with a few blended touch-up areas. There's even the dealer tag on the rear, and this was originally a Tennessee car that was sold new only about an hour and a half from our showroom. The reason for such a comprehensive originality is because its history shows it's a two-owner car. The consignor even states the ultra-low odometer reflects correct actual mileage.

While these intermediates have plenty of room to carry all your family and friends, this is a very driver-oriented setup. That's why the split front bench gives you the choice of seating up to six, or you can fold down the front armrest for individual comfort. There's a tilt steering column, and the controls are all tilted towards you. You've got the vintage AM radio still craning out tunes, and the factory air conditioning has been upgraded to R134a refrigerant to keep you comfortable in modern times. Plus, the dual pod gauges are always a nice touch.

Open the hood to see a very honest and original-style engine bay. This is the mighty Oldsmobile Rocket 350 V8, and this is believed to be original to the car. And as you dig a little deeper, you also see the right signs of proper maintenance, including newer plugs, wires, belts, hoses, and an HEI ignition. The V8 fires up strong, and it makes a nice sound out of the newer stainless dual exhaust. An affordable Olds like this is the kind of classic you want to drive.
