65K ORIG MILES, 6.0 LS2 V8, AUTO W/ OD, FCTRY COLOR COMBO, RUNS AND DRIVES GREAT

Pontiac brought back the GTO in the 2000s to create an instant classic. That's especially true with this 2006 example. After all, it's the final year, and it has a powerful LS2 V8 under the skin. So when something so desirable is also so affordable, you know this might not even stay around long enough to read the full advertisement.

Sleekly rounded styling, dual hood scoops, factory ground effects body kit, full-width rear spoiler, and the factory 18-inch alloys - the last GTO was quite a sporty machine. But more than just living up to its legendary name, this is a very special Pontiac. The company made an unprecedented move to reach over to Australia to bring back the best four-person sports car in the GM family. It was such a good idea, that this would be the base for the Camaro a few years later. But in 2006 the GTO's revival was a quiet one, with less than 14k cars brought over for the year. And you can really tell that this is one that was treated with respect. The low mileage means the factory body panels retain their distinctive good looks, and the Quicksilver Metallic paint gives it a smooth shine. So we consider a coupe like this a special find. With Pontiac gone from ... Please ask for the full description.

With Pontiac gone from our landscape, it's getting tougher and tougher to find late-model muscle with the twin grille.

The interior is one of the best arguments ever for reaching across the world for a new GM product. Holden had superior materials than much of the rest of the Pontiac lineup, and in fact, this GTO helped show the way to provide a true mix of luxury and performance. That means power front seats that are finished in leather and have the bolstering to be all-day comfortable. You'll love the detail work, like how the red dials have an unmistakably performance-oriented feel within the aggressively dark interior. This loaded Pontiac has plenty of great features, such as deeply tinted glass, power locks, an alarm, dual front airbags, tilt/telescopic steering wheel, power steering, and ice-cold air conditioning. Plus, the AM/FM/CD stereo is by Blaupunkt, so you get premium European sound in this American muscle package.

The final year GTO was also desirable because they have the LS2 motor. The 6.0-liter fuel-injected V8 was rated at a tire-burning 400 horsepower. It's believed to be the original motor to the car, and it all looks exceptionally stock. This is a versatile V8 that's ready for all situations. And it's paired to a four-speed automatic transmission that has quick with the kick-downs into power. Or you can just use the overdrive and cruise control to eat away the highway miles with ease. Plus, it has all the best modern driving features, including a fully independent suspension, limited-slip rear end, and four-wheel disc brakes w/ABS.

Complete with owner's manual and maintenance records, this is an instant classic offered for a fantastic price. So don't miss your chance, call today!
