This 1966 Ford Mustang has been restored exactly how you want it. That means a powerful V8, upgraded suspension, overdrive transmission, A/C interior, and much more. So when your ideal classic is up for grabs, you know it's time to pay attention.

This coupe has been re-finished in 1966-correc Signal Flare Red, and so it has the instant appeal of a cherry red icon with some added luster from an upgrade later in life. And as you slip behind the Grant sports steering wheel you're going to spot the AutoMeter auxiliary readouts and large Autogauge tach on the steering column. Under the hood is Ford's 302 cubic-inch V8. This is not only larger than what they offered in '66, but also this motor has received the right upgrades, including a Holley four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock intake, and Cobra valve covers. Plus, it has a ton of the right supporting components, including serpentine belts, MSD ignition, and an aluminum radiator w/electric fan to help keep you running cool even in traffic. This motor offers a nice balance of added performance and drivability, and you see that with the rest of the car, too. That's why you have a strong four-speed automatic transmission featuring highway-friendly overdrive. Also, the front suspension was more recently upgraded to a tubular A-arm unit with adjustable coilovers. Add in power steering, power front disc brakes, and BF Goodrich T/As with deep treads, and soon you see how much of a great all-around classic this is.
