4 DOOR HARDTOP, FUEL INJECTED 5.7L MOTOR, O/D TRANS, POWER STEER & FRONT DISCS

Great resto-mods don't just happen, they're meticulously planned and executed, and if you get it right, the results are something like this 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air 4-door hardtop. Yes, I know it has four doors, but look closely and you'll see a hard to find pillar-less 4-door hardtop. Yes that's right, you could also get an extra two doors while still retaining the hardtop feature!

Any 1957 Chevy is a great-looking car, and this Bel Air 4-door hardtop wears the same sparkling trim as its 2-door siblings and wears it well. With twice as many doors, there are twice as many gaps to fit, twice as many doors to align, and two extra panels to sand and straighten, but the guys tasked with this job delivered in a big way. This car just looks awesome in the flesh, with glittering paint that shows off the vintage sheetmetal to great advantage. And the 4-door carries its own cool details, including the way the rear doors invisibly blend with the quarter panel, giving it the look of a sporty 2-door, as well as the decorative stainless trim at the base of the rear windows. This car also offers a lot of fresh chrome (which was surely also expensive), beautifully polished stainless trim, and correct ... Please ask for the full description.

This car also offers all new chrome (which was surely also expensive), beautifully polished stainless trim, and correct taillights that were unique to the '57s. No matter how many doors it has, this is a great-looking car.

A four-door like this really shines when it's time to hit the road with some friends, with plenty of room for everyone. Fresh factory-style two-tone upholstery helps to uphold the classic good looks, and wide benches fore and aft are all-day comfortable. That funky fabric is definitely correct for '57 and the colors used inside are sophisticated and elegant, not hot-rod brash. And you'll undoubtedly hit the road frequently thanks to the many creature comforts this Bel Air offers, including a powerful A/C unit under the dash and an AM/FM stereo radio in the original slot. Crisply rendered gauges look fantastic through the spokes of a custom steering wheel that's almost stock but a bit easier to grab, plus the bigfoot-style accelerator pedal just for fun. Reproduction rubber floor mats protect the recent carpet, and the trunk was fully carpeted to add to the luxurious feel this car carries.

The great thing about the small block Chevy is that the latest and greatest fuel injected V8s virtually bolt into cars like this '57. That means fuel-injected reliability and performance, instant starting with a single turn of the key, and impressive fuel economy when linked to a 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission. Throughout the car is all new wiring and unlike a lot of builders who just slap on a 4-barrel carb and call it done, this one keeps the fuel injection system, which means easy starting, a great idle, and plenty of power with bulletproof reliability. A serpentine belt drive system keeps the accessories tucked in tight to the block for good service access, and there's a new power master cylinder for the disc brakes. Up front there's a massive aluminum radiator and pusher fan to ensure the A/C stays cool even in traffic. The chassis is tidy and clean, although not detailed for show, and carries front disc brakes, a recent Flowmaster dual exhaust system, and a new gas tank out back. Flashy 18-inch Ridler wheels give it a performance look despite the four doors, and it wears 245/45/18 performance radials all around.

Quite honestly, it's remarkable that someone built a 4-door that's this nice, but that also means you get a screaming bargain on a fully-sorted Bel Air that's ready to cruise today. Call now!
