Description

WONT LAST AT THIS PRICE, 225 BUICK V6, 3 SP MAN, PS, DISCS, HARDTOP, READY TO GO

This 1959 Jeep CJ5 offers an iconic classic appearance with some terrific upgrades you want in a go-anywhere 4x4. But while the features are great, we already know the value price has you sold.

This CJ already has a striking first impression. A ruby red body combines with the black windshield, roll bar, fender flares, side mirrors, tubular side steps, and wheels to create a cool two-tone style. And the chrome bumpers add even more distinction. Plus, this one seems to sit a little taller than the rest. But more than just appearance, you're going to be attracted to this one, because the iconic shape is built from a fiberglass body. This means you don't worry about body corrosion whenever you get into the deepest water traps around. And if the spray is coming from above (or you just feel like buttoning up) there's a full hardtop and doors that come with the sale, too.

Inside is the rugged interior you expect from a CJ. Still, this has some nice investments like newer seats with good padding and weather-resistant vinyl. Plus, there's a full gauge panel, working heater, and a Hurst shifter. And while the wood-rimmed Cadillac steering offers a nice tilt column, its GM connection hints at what's under the hood.

Few people remember that the Buick V6 was available in the CJ5 for a few years. That's why this motor fits so easily into the engine bay. And thanks to upgrades like a Holley four-barrel carburetor, headers, and an aluminum radiator, this already strong motor has enhanced power and durability. You're in complete control of this powerhouse thanks to the three-speed manual transmission. As a true Jeep, the two-speed 4x4 transfer case combines with the short wheelbase and good ground clearance to really let you get back to nature. There's even a trailer hitch to take extra provisions with you. But those days when you're just on a grocery run, the power steering, front disc brakes, and all-purpose Cooper Discoverer H/T tires make this a fine city slicker, too.

Classic Jeep looks and very handy upgrades combine at quite an affordable price. So don't let's this total package deal slip away. Call today!!!
