The customization of this Mustang is apparent from every angle. It starts up front with the wide pattern grille, darkened pony corral, GT350R-inspired front valance, and crystal-clear headlights. The hood pins look like they were necessary to tame the beastly bulging hood (and we'll tell you exactly why they're needed a little later.) And speaking of the hood, it looks exceptionally cool for this fiberglass unit to have dual black stripes highlighting the dual scoops. Plus, there's a matching pair of stripes on the trunk. Even the roof gets some of this gloss black as a nice coordination with the stripes and the rocker panels, as well as a nice standout against the shine of the silver body. Open the hood to see a seriously aggressive stroked 289 cubic-inch V8. The Ford Racing valve covers, large air grabber, red plug wires, aluminum radiator, and bright Monte Carlo bar all give this the look of serious performance. And backing it up are components like a Demon four-barrel carburetor, AFR 1450 aluminum heads, MSD ignition, performance intake, and long tube headers. The total package makes a ton of power, and the thunder of the shortened dual exhaust lets everyone know it. Making sure this power gets to the ground is a stout Ford three-speed automatic. And an enhanced power Mustang needs to have its handling enhanced, too. That's why there's a beefed front suspension that includes a thicker sway bay and an upgrade to four-wheel disc brakes.
