And backing up this performance appearance is a 383 stroker motor built by Skip White Racing with go-fast goodies like a Quick Fuel four-barrel carburetor, hi-rise intake, aluminum heads, aluminum radiator w/electric fans, and Hedman headers that feed that huge dual exhaust. The V8 was dynoed at 506 horsepower, and you have complete control over this and its thunderous soundtrack thanks to the Muncie M20 four-speed manual transmission. Making sure that all this power gets to the ground properly is a stout Ford 9-inch rear end with 3.89 gears. And those wide 325/50R15 Mickey Thompson tires in the rear ensure you have power takeoffs like a good gasser should.
