302CI MOTOR, POWER STEERING & DISC BRAKES, GREAT COLOR COMBO, SUPER CLEAN BRONCO

First generation Ford Broncos are becoming extremely popular on the classic market, so finding one that mixes originality with nice upgrades really amps up the desirability factor. The result is a cool V8 convertible around town that has the 4x4 skills to go off-road at a moment's notice.

The boxy bodywork gives this truck a real machismo, but there is a lot of style to this one, too. The shade of orange has so much red, it could have just as easily been used for a hot rod. Of course the kind gloss in the modern clearacoat gives this the kind of luster you'd expect from a vintage street machine, not a true off-roader. More evidence of an eye for style comes from the Explorer stripe package that was added. These white hood and side accents were available from Ford on the premium Broncos, and when combined with the white removable hardtop, grille and fender flairs, this is a truly chic magnet. But fashionable doesn't mean it has lost function. The bold Mickey Thompson wheels were made for off-roading, and so was the lift kit. There's even a full size spare on the swing away rear mound in case you need new rubber on the trail.

The interior gives you the best of both worlds. You can ... Please ask for the full description.

You can have a convertible when you want, but the fully enclosed body with metal doors and roll up windows means you can keep the weather out, too. The bucket seats have the correct white vinyl, which looks especially striking when hardtop is removed and this Bronco rides around like a classic convertible. The heater/defrost also means the temperature can drop a little more before you have to think about putting the top back on. That's why the full black carpeting looks so nice. This is a Sport Bronco so that does mean a full interior with the deluxe door trim. The steering wheel is an aftermarket unit that looks great with the old Ford logo in the middle, and the smaller diameter makes better use of the power steering. There's also a nice AM/FM/CD stereo with speakers mounted on the transmission tunnel. That makes it easy to take the doors off and still have your tunes.

Whether for commute or play, you'll be glad this Bronco has the 302 cubic-inch motor under the hood. It's one of the stoutest V8s that Ford offered at the time, and it makes for the perfect powerplant for a trail ready Bronco like this one. Plus the power steering and front disc brakes are great for all occasions. The 4x4 is engaged via the Dana 20 transfer case, and its grip is aided by capable BF Goodrich Mud-Terrain TA tires. Another great thing about Broncos is the short wheelbase is ideal for scaling obstacles and tight turns. Also, if anything needs to be mended after an adventurous day off-road, many major components are shared across Ford and other 4x4 truck lines. This means even though 1st generation Broncos are becoming rarer everyday (less than 13,700 were sold in 1976,) finding replacement parts is often quite simple.

This is the Bronco represents maximum fun on and off the road. It's the kind of turnkey adventure-ready classic that lets you can take it home today and be out in the wild tomorrow. Call now!!!
