ULTRA-RARE, UNDER 10K ACT'L MILES, 500 V8, TH400 AUTO, PWR STEER/BRAKES, AMAZING

This 1976 Cadillac Fleetwood Castilian wagon is a terrific-looking survivor-grade professional custom build. Oh yes! You're looking at the kind of loaded V8 luxury that might just be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Anyone who know Cadillacs also know a wagon like this never came from the factory. It took a special coachbuilder, and so enthusiasts always flock to something so distinct. This custom station wagon has averaged under 250 miles annually. That's how you get a survivor-style machine that looks this good. The bold Firethorn Red is original to the car and has a nice shine to really draw attention to the special curves of this Caddy. It also helps that the body panels still have a factory level of precision - even on the special tailgate. Traditional Coachworks out of southern California made the conversion. They these advertised that these were done to Cadillac standards, and you can really see it in the details. The full-length pinstripe coordinates with the special interior carpeting, and the stainless steel hoop on the C-pillar is a callback to the hand-built 1957 Eldorado Brougham. It was quality craftsmanship, which made these exceptionally expensive. The result ... Please ask for the full description.

The result was the kind of vehicle only the ultra-rich and celebrities could afford, and so it's believed only around 50 examples were made before production was halted. Elvis was a fan of custom Cadillac wagons, and John Wayne liked custom wagons, too. So even just beyond rarity, this survivor-style California custom instantly puts you in exclusive company.

More bold red awaits you on the inside. The interior has been extraordinarily well preserved, and even the wood applique trim on dash, door panels, and steering wheel look terrific. The leather seats have the kind of comfort of pillow-top armchairs. Plus, you have fold down arm rests so you can decide if you want to bring along all your family and friends in comfort, or just give a few of the right people personal luxury space. Besides just the room to relax, this Caddy has plenty of desirable comfort features like power front seats, power windows, tilt/telescope wheel, and power locks. This is such a cool survivor that even the AM/FM 8-track stereo is still cranking out the tunes! Because this was such an expensive machine, there are also nice upper-class extras on the Castilian, like limo-style footrests for the rear passengers and plush sheep's wool carpeting for everyone.

Not only did Traditional Coachworks have a limited Castilian production, but also you wanted a '76 because it was the last year for the monstrous 500 cubic-inch V8 motor. Not only do you get the pride of the largest engine ever installed in a Caddy, but also this is the original motor to the car. So this one is a survivor everywhere you look! The tidy engine bay reminds you of the low mileage, and there have been the right investments along the way, including a new correct-style replacement muffler to keep this Caddy cursing with dignity. The big V8 made a ton of torque, so it's the perfect pair for a wagon built for hauling (although it looks like no one has ever tried that with this one yet.) The cruising attitude is heightened by a smooth-shifting three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, and power brakes w/discs up front.

The sale comes complete with maintenance records, title documentation, and the owner's manual packet. This is rarity, preservation, and all-around cool distinction up for grabs. So you know you need to call today or risk this attention-grabbing Castilian being gone forever.
