READY TO CRUISE! STEEL BODY, 327 V8, AUTO, A/C, PWR STRG, FRT DISC, CLEAN IN/OUT

After years and years of looking at Ford hot rods at shows, imagine the positive responses you'll get in this super-clean 1934 Chevy Master Sedan. No fiberglass replica, this clean steel-body Bowtie rod has a fantastic vintage look that's full of neat details and thoughtful upgrades to create a hot rod that can go anywhere in style.

The stylish Beige over Brown Metallic paint job is certainly apropos of the time, and the bright modern finish looks fantastic on the boxy '30s shape. Nobody's building fake 1934 Chevy sedans, so this one has factory sheetmetal on the body with fiberglass fenders, and a clean look that hasn't been radically altered from the way GM stylists designed it more than 80 years ago. The flowing fenders look like they belong on a much bigger, more expensive car and the Art Deco hood treatment looks trick, even today. You'll note that nothing has been chopped or altered, so there's still a beautiful winged hood ornament atop the painted radiator shell, a set of elegant door handles, and even a rear-mounted spare tire. Heck, there's still a fabric insert in the roof, and it matches only the ornate chrome grille shell in terms of sophistication. Finish quality is very, ... Please ask for the full description.

Finish quality is very, very good, with a deep, brilliant shine and only a few signs of use, which is easy to understand given how well this one drives. The bumpers look almost new and were surely refinished or even replaced when the car was built and we especially love that all the headlights and taillights were left original to match the overall stock look of this streetrod sleeper.

Inside it's been thoroughly restored as well, with handsome bench seats that feel better than the chairs in your daily driver. Expertly finished in upholstered patterns that would make an Oxford academic envious, the entire driver's compartment oozes quality, with insulated carpets, beautifully trimmed door panels, and lots of thoughtful touches like the overhead console for the Alpine AM/FM/CD stereo head unit. The dash was color-matched to the two-tone body, with the window garnish moldings painted to match, and a later-model steering column was added with a wood-rimmed steering wheel on top. Vintage-looking Classic Instruments gauges are fitted into the dash ahead of the driver, along with an aftermarket tachometer to the left, and the under-dash Vintage Air HVAC system keeps the interior nice and comfortable. The front bench is power actuated, while the back seat is big enough for real-sized adults or a few weeks' worth of your gear on a long tour. Original cranks and door handles add to the vintage feel inside, and out back the modestly-sized trunk houses a relocated battery.

Originally born with a Flathead, the 327/300HP cubic inch V8 motor in the car today was part of the restoration that was completed just 26,428 miles ago. It's neatly installed and very professional, and makes great power thanks to a big 4-barrel carburetor and performance intake manifold and upgraded ignition system. There's enough chrome here to make it worthwhile to open the hood at shows, and with a giant radiator and electric fan up front, it never seems to get too warm out on the road. Block-hugging headers feed a custom dual exhaust system that's just about right for this elegant little sedan and a built-up TH350 3-speed automatic transmission means it's effortless to drive and can handle the extra power. The front suspension features tubular A-arms and adjustable coilovers, along with power rack-and-pinion steering and disc brakes, while a 10-bolt GM rear end hangs on easy-riding leaf springs supported with air shocks and a rear sway bar. Staggered alloys wheels borrowed from an Oldsmobile manage to look both traditional and contemporary, carrying 195/60/15 front and 215/70/15 rear blackwall radials.

Standing out doesn't mean building yet another custom Ford, it means doing a great job with something a little unusual, and this 1934 Chevy totally nails it. Call today!
