SLICK RESTORATION, 440 V8, 4BBL, TORQUEFLIGHT, FRONT DISCS, PWR STEERING, A/C!!

Chrysler intermediates are versatile, good looking, and great for road trips. There's room for you and three friends on a long haul or six in a pinch. This 1966 Plymouth Satellite is a great example with fantastic cosmetics, A/C, a fresh interior and a 440 inch mill under the hood.

The deep, modern dark green paint has a bit of metallic in the mix, and it looks great on this Satellite. It's a clean body with even gaps and crisp lines, and the factory cantilevered roof line simply looks fantastic from any angle. The GTO got scoops and stripes, but the Satellite keeps it more subtle with a flat hood and not a lot of flash to attract unwanted attention. Paint quality is fantastic, better than your average cruise night special, and since you don't see these very often, even the subtle color is sure to get a lot of attention. Both bumpers are very nice, the grille is nice and the tail panel is finished exactly as it should be. Slash cut exhaust tips poke out from under the rear bumper and the beautiful shiny trim that stretches along the tops of the fenders makes this car look long and low.. Last but not least, the restorer NAILED the stance, because this car sits perfectly!

Inside, you're ... Please ask for the full description.

Inside, you're greeted with bucket seats and new parts everywhere. The light-colored buckets are a welcome change from all the plain old black interiors, and gives the Satellite a very dressed-up look. The original gauge bezels are in excellent condition, and are joined in the dash by a factory AM radio. Underneath you'll find a set of vents for an aftermarket A/C system that's a fantastic addition to a car built for road trips (it does need to be serviced, however). New green carpeting is on the floor along with embroidered floor mats that look great. There's factory center console between the buckets and with new door panels, new sill plates, new armrest bases and more, it looks very polished indeed. In the trunk you'll find a new mat and room for a three-week road trip. Get packing!

Although this Satellite is an original big block car, the 383 2-barrel motor it left the St. Louis plant with was chucked in favor of a stronger 440 cubic inch unit. Up top, there's a Demon four barrel carburetor atop an Edelbrock intake manifold, along with a set of finned Mopar Performance valve covers and an open-element air cleaner to dress it up. Factory HP exhaust manifolds pass on exhaust gasses, a new Sanden A/C compressor keeps you cool while an big radiator keeps engine temps under control. Power steering and front disc brakes make your life easier. Power twists back through a stout Torqueflite 727 3-speed automatic transmission to the 8.75-inch axle out back, a combination that's been proven over the decades. Exhaust gasses pass through a nearly new set of dual pipes with a crossover. The floors are solid and painted black for low maintenance. Low-key blackwall radials wrap around traditional Magnum 500s and look amazing with the rest of the car's exterior.

This is the car you want if you're into driving for ice cream or until a full tank of gas disappears down your favorite highway. It's well built, powerful, good looking, and ready to go. Call today!
