This is a custom, and quick, 1981 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 with a 383 monster motor at an irresistible price.
You know you love the look of these final-year 2nd generation Camaros. The angular design could have almost passed for European if it were not for the aggressive body classing and bold stripe packages. You can see it perfectly on this black coupe with its aggressive bright red tri-stripe. The matching red cowl on the hood is the perfect 80s piece that looks as intimidating as Mr. T's mohawk. But take a closer look at the details. The chrome headlight surrounds are a nice classic element, especially since they match the bright iconic Chevy rally wheels.
Inside the two-tone red and black is the perfect combination to complement the exterior. It's well preserved on the bucket seats, door panels, and carpeting. This is comfortable for everyone, with power windows, provisions for air conditioning, and a new thumpin' AM/FM/CD stereo with amplified subwoofer. Plus, no one car resist a ride when the T-tops are off. But at its heart, this Camaro is a driver's car. You can easily tell by the Hurst performance shifter and full set of auxiliary gauges, including the large AutoMeter ... Please ask for the full description.

As you've probably picked up from all the other performance components around this Camaro, this coupe was built with speed in mind. So the 1981 Z/28's regulation-choked 350 cubic-inch motor would never do. Instead, the powerplant under the hood is a 383 stroker V8, with performance upgrades such as a big breathing Edelbrock Dual Quad intake, Edelbrock carburetors, MSD ignition, and long tube headers. It makes a sweet rumble out of the dual exhaust with performance H-pipe construction. But the upgrades don't end there. All this power is handled by a performance-tested Muncie M20 four-speed manual transmission, before being sent to the 10-bolt rear end. Plus, keeping this monster machine a manageable cruiser is the power steering and front disc brakes.
This is one '81 Camaro that really has the power to back up its aggressive appearance. No one expects true performance like this from these good-looking coupes, so it will be tough to find a better sleeper-style classic for under $20K. Call today!!
