RECENT RESTO, 302 V8, AUTO, POWER STEER & BRAKES, GREAT PAINT, CLEAN!

It's tough these days to find a classic 70s era Ford Truck that wasn't used and abused back in the day. Because of their practicality, they were the choice of many that needed to accomplish some serious work. Thankfully, we have trucks like this '73 Ford F-100 Ranger who clearly had owners who cared for what they had even 20 or 30 years ago. Today, this 1973 F-100 Ranger is in great shape, and stands as a perfect buy for someone who is looking for a classic truck.

In the 70s, the Ranger designated as an upgraded, and very stylish trim package (remember this was way before there was a mid-size truck called the Ranger), and as such it wears a lot of extra trim. Additions on the exterior include rocker moldings that wrap up and continue to the wheel opening moldings, stainless body line moldings, and an ornate tailgate. Covered in a vibrant shade of blue, this Ranger is stunning under our showroom lights. Complimenting the chrome work and paint, are two bright chrome bumpers that are in fantastic shape. Out back, the bed is painted the same blue as the exterior and is free of any major scratches or dings from abuse on the bed.

Inside, the interior is all truck. The simple, rugged blue ... Please ask for the full description.

The simple, rugged blue interior is just the way Ford designers intended. The door panels accent the exterior blue very nicely and flows seamlessly to the blue cloth bench seat. The dash isn't dressed up with some faux wood veneer, instead it is a simple clean black that houses what appears to be the original gauge cluster and upgraded AM/FM/CD player. The basics are covered, as they were in 1973. It's extremely refreshing to see one that proudly displays what it was designed to be - a working man's vehicle.

Pop the hood and you'll reveal a fully detailed engine bay that houses a 302 cubic inch Ford V8. Dressed top to bottom in the famous FoMoCo blue, the 302 is ready to be displayed proudly. One simple turn of the key, and it barks to life with a great Mustang-esque burble from the tailpipe. Backed by a 3-speed automatic transmission, it's still got all the truck parts to be useful around the house, and the condition of the underside should leave you with no worries about its history. Power steering and power brakes are a nice addition to the truck. At the corners, you'll find meaty goodyear wranglers ready for whatever terrain you throw at them.

You couldn't build or restore a truck this nice for the cost of this one. Whether this is your first classic truck or another addition to a growing collection, you won't be disappointed. Call today!
