There just can't be many '70s Ford pickups nicer than this one-owner '75 F-100. The fact that this one also happens to run like a big block muscle car is just icing on the cake, since it represents a ton of performance and fun for not a lot of cash. And it's practical to boot!
Nobody can argue with how fantastic this truck looks in 2005 Mustang charcoal gray paint. Following a 4-year restoration, there's just nothing like a high-quality paint job if you want to attract attention, and this sophisticated color does wonders with the old F-100's look. With straight panels that show almost zero flaws, someone invested a bunch of cash to get this truck into its current condition. It sure looks like the entire truck was disassembled, as there's just no trace of the original finish. And if all that glossy gray paint wasn't enough, there's lots of shiny trim, bright chrome bumpers, and stainless rocker panels, all of which give the truck a jewel-like appearance that makes it look like it should cost twice what it does. There's also a bulletproof diamond-plate floor in the 8-foot bed, all covered with a spray-in bedliner, just in case you actually need to use this truck as, you know, a real truck. ...
It's certainly up to the task.
Like the exterior, the interior is very nicely finished and looks far more dressed-up than you'd expect. New seat covers, door panels, and dash pad look fresh and with custom cloth inserts, it remains a comfortable place to ride. A fat Grant steering wheel with leather wrapper feels more contemporary than the rest of the truck, which works well with its upscale image, and the gauges look remarkably similar to those found in Lincolns of the period. For some entertainment while working or playing, this F-100 also offers a new AM/FM stereo head unit as well as a set of speakers stashed around the cab for awesome sound. Tinted glass and air conditioning keep it comfortable inside and you know that we're big fans of sliding rear windows on our pickups, too. If you wondered what a brand new 1975 Ford F100 looks like inside, here's your answer.
The muscle car analogy is apt, thanks to the 390 cubic inch V8 under the hood. Recently rebuilt and delivering effortless torque, the engine runs as good as it looks. Fresh Ford Blue paint keeps it authentic-looking, while goodies like a 4-barrel carburetor help build horsepower while keeping it civilized. It spins to life easily with a healthy rumble from the custom dual exhaust system, and thanks to heavy-duty components like an oversized cooling system, it's happy to trundle through traffic without getting cranky. A C6 3-speed automatic channels power to the 9-inch out back, making one of the most invincible powertrains ever created, and it offers power steering and front disc brakes, so it's also easy to drive. Flashy aluminum wheels look exactly right on the classic truck and wear oversized 30x9.50-15 off-road radials that stuff the wheel wells perfectly.
Full of smart upgrades and with plenty of power, this nicely finished pickup will surprise you with its dual nature and one-owner status. Call now!
