AMC took the mild-mannered Rambler and turned it into a drag racing superhero, and this 1969 AMC Hurst SC/Rambler tribute car honors all the best of that. The Hurst cars were patriotic, and their spirit was unmissable. The huge red streak down both sides instantly announce the performance intentions. You have an AMC 360 cubic-inch V8 that has been upgraded with an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor and Edelbrock intake. Plus, long tube headers add to the power while also contributing to the thunder of the dual exhaust. The four-speed manual transmission keeps you in firm control of this drag machine. Plus, traction bars and meaty rear tires keep the rubber planted to the road.
