Description
The panels van was the true originator of the vehicle that can do anything. So when this 1956 Ford Panel Delivery is upgraded with everything from small block power to premium wood flooring, well then, you know this has everyone from surfers to business owners excited.
The Ford trucks of this era already looked terrific with an intricate grille, rounded hood, wraparound windshield, and well-defined flared fenders... and to this distinction, you add the rarity of the panel van body. The white paint is the ideal blank canvas to do everything from be an incognito classic to adding your business own logo. In fact, the logos that are on there now are a vinyl sticker, so it can be easily removed to make way for your own custom promotion. Plus, this one remains useful today with nice modern upgrades like the aluminum side step boards and LED taillights. And those polished five-spoke wheels not only add flair, but also make way for modern tires.
Panel delivery vehicles were developed for utility, but this custom build makes sure to add in custom comfort, too. That means you get a set of high-back bucket seats with a cup holder center console. This was sourced from a Ford E-series van – this van's great grandson. Plus, there's an overhead console and GM sports steering wheel (now with Ford logo.) This is mounted on a tilt column, so that you can get a clear view of the upgraded VDO gauge package. Behind all of this is plenty of protected storage for you to carry all the equipment you need for business, pleasure, or both! And even on days when this is empty, you'll enjoy showing off the glossy wood flooring.
Under the hood is another nice upgrade. It's a great-looking 350 cubic-inch V8 that includes plenty of polished components. Not only is this a huge upgrade in power over what you could get in a '56 Ford, but this motor is enhanced further with an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock intake, and long tube headers that feed the rumbling Flowmaster dual exhaust. You even get a large aluminum radiator to help keep this upgraded V8 running cool. Out on the road, this one feels quite nice thanks to easy driving features such as the smooth TH350 three-speed automatic transmission, front disc brakes, and power steering.
No matter if you want this in your driveway or out in front of your business, this panel van is always going to attract attention. So when something this distinct is also offered for an obtainable price, then you know you need to hurry on this deal. Call today!!!
