Red hot and seriously custom... that's the first impression this coupe makes. No need to chop the pre-war steel because with the bright bumpers, brighter alloys, and a forward-leaning stance, this one already has the intimidation factor of a freight train. Plus, the cream paint makes for the perfect canvas to lay down the custom flame work. The deep maroon consumes the hood and flows into the door line with a terrific symmetry. It has all the right flair with the smooth firewall, bright valve covers, polished alternator, and much more. And we especially like the big air grabber with maroon-painted ridges to coordinate with the rest of the car. And as you dig deeper, you'll see all the right supporting components, like serpentine belts and an electric fan. This V8 inhales deeply through an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, and it exhales freely as shorty headers feed the dual exhaust. This is a driver's machine, and so you'll see plenty of great upgrades as you look at the undercarriage photos. This includes the Mustang II-style front suspension, front disc brakes, and ladder bar rear with monoleaf compensation. Plus, with power steering, a TH350, three-speed automatic transmission, and cruise control, this is the kind of custom that you can easily enjoy near or far.
